(A) cf. 2002 GIRM 372. NOTE: Note "Ritual Masses" include the
Nuptial Mass. Thus, on Sundays of Advent, Lent and Easter, and on solemnities,
the Nuptial Mass is not permitted, but a wedding may take place using
the Mass of the Day, See note (F) below.
(B) cf. 2002 GIRM 374. Permission (or direction) by bishop is for "serious need
or pastoral advantage."
(C) cf. 2002 GIRM 376. The rector of the church or the celebrant may make a
decision based on a "real need or pastoral advantage."
(E) cf. 2002 GIRM 381. These are the Masses "on receiving news of a death,
for the final burial, or on the first anniversary."

and alternatives for weddings during Mass.
In summary, the Nuptial Mass may NOT
be used on Sundays of Advent, Lent,
and Easter, during Holy Week, during the Easter Octave, on Ash Wednesday
and All Souls (Nov 2), on Solemnities that occur on Sundays
(e.g., Epiphany, Pentecost, the Body and Blood of Christ), and on all
other Solemnities (either of obligation or not) (e.g., Aug 15, Jun 24).
On these days, if a wedding takes place during Mass, the Mass of the
day is to be celebrated (rather than the Nuptial Mass) using the readings
of the Sunday or feast,
but the Nuptial blessing is included and a solemn
blessing for weddings may be used.
If a wedding takes place during Mass on a solemnity that is not of
obligation,
the Mass of the solemnity is to be used but one reading may be chosen from those
proposed in the Rite of Marriage (cf. 1990 Intro. Rite of Marriage, no. 34)
On Sundays of the Christmas Season and in Ordinary Time, if a wedding takes
place during a parish Mass, the Mass of the Sunday is used (with one reading
from the Rite of Marriage). On these Sundays, if a wedding takes place
at a Mass which is
not a parish Mass, the Nuptial Mass may be used.
"Celebration of marriage on Good Friday and Holy Saturday is altogether
forbidden." (1990 Intro. Rite of Marriage, no. 32) This specifically
applies to marriages outside Mass since all Masses are forbidden on
these day, before the Easter Vigil.
